(Un)forgotten song
I just heard a song playing on TV in another room. "What a beautiful song" I thought. "I know if from somewhere."
Well, after a while I realized this is a song by Ochman from this year's Eurovision contest. I heard it a month or so ago, when browsing candidate songs on YouTube. It didn't make such an impression on me back then.

Good Day Today
It's going to be a fine night tonight,
It's going to be a fine day tomorrow...
Udemy surprise surprise!
One of the most exciting moments when using Udemy for a very long time:
* search for a most recent course on a specific topic
* choose the best course
* try clicking the "Buy" button, but there is no such button, instead there is "Go to course"
* read that you bought this course two years ago and since then the course has been updated by the author to the latest version
* hurray! Go to course and learn :))

Fish from Vistula
I got some fish caught in Vistula river. First thought: is it edible? Bacterias, heavy metals, dunno what else? Internet says it's safe to eat fish from Vistula, so I fried it. It was delicious.

Winter come back
Quick return of winter. Lots of snow. Will the young leaves sustain, I hope so! A walk to Powsin was so beautiful...

Spices for meatballs
I often prepare meatballs with some sort of ready made fix of spices from shop. It tastes well, but it takes away part of cooking creativity. Yesterday I made meatballs with my own set of spices: salt, piper, dried garlic, savory, sweet pepper, ground coriander seeds, ground caraway seeds, tiny bit of nutmeg and hot pepper. The taste was good except that there was too little salt. Easy to fix next time.

Breakfast: brussel sprouts with chapati
Today I prepared fried brussel sprouts and chapati for breakfast. This is a vegetarian breakfast. It is not very labour consuming, however, I had washed and cut the brussels and kneaded the dough yesterday. So only frying was left for today.
I wonder how long it will keep me satiated and what level of energy will I have until dinner.
